Our Sushi is traditionally made with Japanese white rice, It is very often prepared with seafood, such as squid, eel, yellowtail, salmon, tuna or imitation crab meat. Many types of sushi are vegetarian.
Our Ramen are very popular noodle dishes in Japan, and our boiled noodles are basically served in different flavored soup with many toppings. served in a pork-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or savory miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork (叉焼, chāshū), bamboo shoots, boiled egg, corn and butter.
Our Hibachi (literally meaning a fire bowl) hibachi meals usually start with either white or fried rice. you'll get to see the chef cook rice right on the Teppanyaki griddle. Next up are some type of protein-dense dish: chicken, pork, beef, seafood and fish are all common choices.
Our Sake Bar “SAKE” refers to the alcoholic fermented rice just how wine is made from grapes, sake is made from rice. But, like beer, sake is brewed. Beyond the primary crop used (rice versus grain), the main difference between sake and beer brewing processes stems from how the brewer changes the crop's sugars before fermentation (the process that creates alcohol).

Our Dessert Mochi is Japanese rice cake made of glutinous rice, and sometimes other ingredients such as water, sugar, and cornstarch. In Japan it is traditionally made in a ceremony called mochitsuki. and you can choose your you favorite flavor (Green Tea or Red Bean)
And for our Dessert we offer Chocolate cake, Cheese Cake, Green Tea Cheesecake and Ice Cream Scoop (Vanilla or Chocolate flavor)
